It's a story where in order for the MC to stay immortal has to fuck things to keep the love goddess alive. That's the base plotline. Now as for everything else, it's a creative story, don't hinder others because they take creative liberties with their mind to make unique things. This story has gore, torture, etc. Rape btw (although I don't enjoy rape very much) is still a sex kink, and is allowed as a story mechanic on this platform. This story is also a realistic depiction in a fantasy setting.
