I'm not a big fan with Cinder allowing Frost's memory to get wiped while knowing exactly how to prevent that, seems pretty manipulative to me. Same thing with not properly translating what Ciel said. If Cinder really loved Frost, he would tell Frost truths and trust Frost's judgements.
